In the 1950s few Catholic families lived over here and put up huts to worship God. First it was a church of St.Antony, where they too offered special prayers to Mother Mary and Jesus. And in 1966 St.Ignatius Church was built.
Twice a month mass is being offered here and feast of St.Ignatius is celebrated on 31st of July.
